Off The Grid Vacation

Haven't you ever wanted to turn off all of your electronic devices - phone, cell phone, television, computer - and feel like the world has stopped spinning so quickly, just for a day?

At Wood & Westland, we want to give you that experience of calm, and for a short time cut ties to the technology that controls our lives. We are very excited to offer brand new, customized OFF the GRID vacations!

At our retreat in rural Vermont, you will be surrounded by trees, wooded trails, wildlife and mountains. Our cozy, rustic cabin is heated with wood, and can accommodate one to eight people. Come alone for some quiet reflection, with your partner for a much-needed escape, or with your family to let your children experience life at a slower pace free from video games and text messages.

Your off-the-grid vacation can be as simple or as structured as you like: you can spend the time with a book and your thoughts, or add anything from guided nature walks, archery lessons, a trip to the lake, yoga instruction, scenic tours, visits to local artisans, horseback riding, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in winter - the possibilities are endless!
